Hairpin Motor

The second generation motor of the ULTRA BEE serves as a powerful power core utilizing a new HairPin winding technology that significantly increases the motor 8217 s filling factor resulting in higher efficiency and improved heat dissipation
Additionally the embedded permanent magnets in the rotor maximize the magnetic reluctance torque at low speeds enhancing torque density
With better weak magnetic performance the motor achieves higher speeds with a maximum rotational speed of 7 000 rpm and maintains peak power output from 2 000 rpm to 7 000 rpm
