Swingarm

A gravity die cast swingarm has been specifically developed for the KTM 390 SMC R and provides a sturdy and durable platform for the rear suspension system Featuring a direct shock absorber mount offset to the side it creates additional space for the unique exhaust system

Suspension

Upfront a 43 mm WP APEX open cartridge fork with 230 mm travel keeps things in check with adjustable compression and rebound in 30 easy clicks to easy adjustment On the rear any big hits are handled by a WP APEX Separate piston shock absorber with 230 mm of travel The shock is also rebound adjustable with 20 clicks on the fly while preload adjustment can be taken care of with a tool

Wheels and Tires

The KTM 390 SMC R boasts spoked 17 8243 wheels at each end wrapped in Michelin Power 6 rubber measuring 110 70 R17 on the front and 150 60 R17 on the rear

Brakes
