Showa suspension with Dark Kashima and TiO coating The Desmo450 MX Factory adopts lightweight high performance Showa suspension designed to ensure race level reliability and efficiency At the front is a 49 mm fork adjustable in compression and rebound complete with Dark Kashima coating for performance closer to that of the factory bikes At the rear a shock with progressive linkage adjustable in compression The fork and shock stanchions are TiO coated increasing surface hardness by 60 and reducing friction by 10 while also heightening the resistance to chips and abrasions caused by sand and debris
