Bodywork

Grey bodywork is exclusive to the Pro Series model and features subtle graphics to create a distinctive look For a long lasting and scratch resistant finish the graphics are applied to the ergonomic bodywork using an in mould process which embeds the design beneath the surface of the plastic Underneath the machine an extended polyamide skid plate protects the engine and linkage while the frame guards also provide exceptional grip in all conditions Front and rear brake disc protectors prevent damage for continued braking performance

Fuel Tank

An 8 5 litre fuel tank integrates neatly with the ergonomic bodywork and features a robust rubber cushion beneath it to hold the tank in place and protect the frame from wear The one piece fuel pump design and integrated filter allows the tank to be emptied further which is particularly beneficial during longer events For durability the external fuel line is specifically routed to make it less exposed and susceptible to damage

Footrest

Using state of the art computational fluid dynamics the large footrests are designed for maximum control and to prevent mud from building up Additionally the mounting position brings them inwards which makes them less susceptible to catching on the ground through deep ruts

Frame

The proven chromium molybdenum steel frame ensures straight line stability at speed without sacrificing agility through slow and technical sections Optimised wall thickness throughout the chassis ensures durability in addition to providing unparalleled rider feedback and energy absorption For an optimised level of anti squat behaviour the WP shock is not directly connected to the main tube The frame is finished with a premium white powder coating for a distinctive look that is unique to the Pro Series models

Hybrid Subframe

Made from 60 polyamide and 40 aluminium the subframe offers exceptional strength and durability at a low overall weight of just 1 8 kg The lower subframe spars and frame mounts are manufactured from cast aluminium for reliability with the upper section made from injection molded polyamide to enable specific flex characteristics

Swingarm

The swingarm is manufactured using a die cast
production process and designed with a calculated level of rigidity To further complement and optimise the flex characteristics of the chassis a 22 mm rear wheel axle is utilised A durable chain slider is neatly integrated into the swingarm ensuring uninterrupted forward momentum through deeply rutted corners

WP XACT Front Forks

Designed and developed for the rigours of enduro riding the WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring forks offer consistent damping thanks to their innovative design Inside each fork leg lightweight springs with a polished finish enhance performance while mid valve pistons optimise oil flow to prevent foaming A one piece hydrostop effective in the last 68 mm of travel is highly advantageous when landing heavily as it helps to maintain forward momentum Additionally riders can alter the compression and rebound settings quickly and easily using the tool free adjusters found at the top and bottom of each fork leg

WP XACT Rear Shock

The WP XACT rear shock features a Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD optimised main piston ensuring superior initial comfort and predictable performance in all conditions To give riders the option of creating a personalised set up rebound as well as the high and low speed compression settings can all be adjusted easily by hand

Throttle Body

The TE 300 Pro features a 39 mm throttle body with dual injectors positioned to optimise flow into the combustion chamber for instant throttle response and exceptional rideability Idle is controlled by the throttle valve with one low load injector and one top feed injector ensuring maximum performance Additionally the Throttle Position Sensor TPS offers reliable cold starting while the throttle valve pivots on ball bearings for a smooth throttle action

Engine

Crankcase

Designed to be low in weight without sacrificing strength or reliability the crankcases are made using a high pressure die cast production process to create a thin wall design To centralise engine mass the shaft arrangements are precisely positioned to harness rotating masses at the ideal centre of gravity

Cylinder

In addition to being fuelled by Throttle Body Injection TBI the 72 mm bore cylinder features an innovative electronic exhaust control system that manages the opening of the lateral exhaust ports after the main exhaust port opens for maximum power Together with a machined finish on the upper contour of the exhaust port unrivalled engine performance is assured

Oil Tank

An electronic oil pump feeds vital 2 stroke oil into the engine It is located just below the oil tank and feeds the oil via the throttle body meaning the oil is only mixed with air at this stage The pump is controlled by the EMS and delivers the optimal amount of oil according to the current RPM and engine load The oil tank is connected to a filler hose that runs through the upper tube of the frame to a filler cap conveniently located for easy refills

Exhaust

Tailored specifically for the TE 300 Pro using an innovative 3D design process the exhaust pipe delivers unrivalled performance and is designed for maximum ground clearance to reduce the risk of impact damage out on the trail The compact silencer is made from lightweight high strength aluminium and features an advanced internal construction for excellent noise damping

GALFER Brake Discs

Brake Disc Protectors

Competition Seat Cover

Soft Compound ODI Grips

Radiators

Triple Clamps
